How did we get here?

Richard ~ Founder & Owner of FairPath HR

FairPath HR was created from a long-standing passion for helping people navigate workplace challenges fairly and confidently.

For many years, both I and members of my family have supported friends, colleagues and individuals facing workplace concerns, employment disputes and difficult situations at work. Through those experiences, I have seen first-hand the impact that workplace issues can have on confidence, wellbeing and financial security, as well as the difference that practical support and guidance can make.

When employee relations processes are not handled well, they can create stress, uncertainty and unnecessary consequences for both individuals and organisations. FairPath HR was established to provide a more accessible, affordable and human approach to workplace support, helping people understand their options and navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
